Conference Registration Information

All of the following are included in the Conference Registration fee:

  • Opening Welcome Reception and Poster/Exhibit Session on Sunday, June 14, 2009

  • To register and pay on-line with your credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard),   Your registration will be processed immediately and securely when you register and pay on-line.

 

  • To register and pay with checks, vouchers, or purchase orders, for the Registration Form.  Print a copy of the Registration Form and mail or FAX your registration to:

2009 Net Conference Registration Fee Waivers and Student Scholarships
There are a limited number of 2009 NET Conference Extension Educator Registration Fee Waivers and Student Registration Scholarships available to assist both Extension Educators and Students in attending the conference.  Please e-mail Steve Burr, 2009 NET Conference Chair, at steve.burr@usu.edu to receive an application form for waivers and scholarships.  All applications must be received by May 1, 2009.

 

Cancellations/Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations (minus an administrative fee of $50) will be given only until Friday, May 22, 2009.  After this date, no refunds are possible.  Registrants who wish to receive a refund must provide written notice to USU Conference Management Services at the address above by May 22, 2009.  Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.  Substitutions are permissible at any time.
