The 2009 National Extension Tourism Conference will be held at The Yarrow Resort Hotel and Conference Center in Park City, Utah, located 30 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport.

The Yarrow is now accepting room reservations for the conference!

A Deluxe King or Double Queen Room is $89/night plus 10.45% state/local tax for single or double occupancy. Other room types are also available: Studio King or Studio Double (with kitchenette and fireplace); Parlor Suite; Executive Suite (with kitchenette, fireplace, and separate living room). ADA rooms are available upon request. All guestrooms are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

A deposit of one night room and tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due at check-in. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival forfeit the deposit. No shows will be charged the full stay room and tax. No refunds are issued for early departures. 

Room Reservations for the 2009 NET Conference must be received by the cut-off date of May 17, 2009. After this date, room reservations will still be accepted on room available basis only at the rate available at that time.

Transportation

Ground transportation is available from the airport to Park City from All Resort Express (http://www.allresort.com) and Park City Transportation (http://www.parkcitytransportation.com). Both offer shared-ride van shuttle service from the airport to The Yarrow. Transportation can be booked online or with The Yarrow's concierge.

Once in Park City, the complimentary bus system offers transportation to the town's highlights. The shuttle service picks guests up directly in front of the hotel for easy transportation service.
