Welcome to Sustainable Tourism Systems
The Sustainable Tourism Systems laboratory is a research and think tank housed in the Department of Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

The vision of this laboratory is to serve as an international center for excellence in educational training and research in sustainable tourism. Utilizing both linear and non-linear approaches to understanding the complex, diverse and dynamic relationship between tourism, environment and community, the laboratory will conduct research and develop policy and practical guidelines.
